The doctors, techs, nurses offered clear, specifics about each step of the procedure and how they would monitor my dog (special anesthesia protocol). Dr Johnson uses high-tech imaging during surgery which lets her uncover problems that usually are not seen. The entire team including receptionist is knowledgeable and offers communication during and after the surgery. Dr Johnson is well trained, professionally credentialed and exudes confidence.
